From the inside She's a nurse.
My wife is a nurse. She spent years at the bedside watching
OASIS documentation eat 45+ minutes after every patient visit,
watching colleagues reconstruct encounters from memory hours
later, watching burnout that wasn't about patient care — it
was about the paperwork between them and the next visit.
She's now in healthcare data analysis. Same problem, viewed
from a different layer. She doesn't need a product pitch on
what's wrong with clinical documentation — she's lived it
from both sides.
In the platform I'm the engineer.
Working directly with healthcare organizations — home
health, dental, business associates — I kept hitting the
same broken pattern: spreadsheets nobody trusted, evidence
collected the week before audit, $5–15k SRA engagements
producing reports that sat in a drawer until next year.
I could keep helping one organization at a time. Or I could
build the platform that helps every organization. We chose
the platform.
Compliance and clinical documentation are two sides of the same
problem. Solving them separately means solving neither well.
That's the founding thesis — and the reason this product looks
the way it does.

Frameworks healthcare actually needs
We don't add frameworks based on market-sizing spreadsheets. HIPAA, because every healthcare organization needs it. Home Health (the Medicare Conditions of Participation), because home health agencies are the most survey-exposed and the worst served by generic GRC tools. HITRUST and SOC 2, because payers and partners increasingly require them of healthcare vendors and their business associates.
